BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General conditions

Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Wireless internet is available and is free of charge.

There is no smoking permitted anywhere within the property or the grounds.

All groups are accepted and welcome.

We do not take a cleaning charge, but the property must be left as you found it or an excess cleaning charge will be made.

All fuel, high-quality bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Booking Policies

Only one booking policy will apply depending on how short notice the booking is made.

This booking policy applies to customers when they book less than or equal to 14 days before arrival.

Payments by cash, bacs, PayPal, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard – no charge.

A non-refundable deposit equal to the total cost of the booking is required.
This booking is non-refundable.

This booking policy applies to customers when they book more than 14 days before arrival.

Payments by cash, cheque, bacs, PayPal, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard – no charge.

A deposit of the full cost of the first days booking is required.

The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.

Full booking balance must be paid 42 days before arrival.

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

If the booking is cancelled 14 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. We will try and resell the cancelled period and if successful we will refund the full amount you have paid minus a small administration charge of £20.00

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
